J. Gowdy Consulting works with clients to effectively train both executive and management teams and also key change agents within the organization. Our approach is to develop training materials and lead workshop sessions that align with the organization's culture, style and needs.

Our founder, Jeff Gowdy, has taught courses at three colleges, including Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management Executive Development Institute, and is scheduled to teach at three additional schools in 2011.
