J. Gowdy Consulting works with clients on sustainability-specific projects to capture both financial and environmental improvements. Often this project work is centered on strategic analysis of a particular problem or issue, such as how to improve sourcing decisions by utilizing both financial and environmental data from suppliers.

This analysis is rooted in systems engineering and with a lens of corporate strategy. Our systems approach focuses on finding an optimal solution that captures both business value (cost savings, revenue generation, risk mitigation, brand building) and environmental value (less energy use & carbon emissions, less water use, minimizing waste streams, improved material usage, and improved land use).
